Problem with Ricoh SD/MMC card reader (windows 2003)

Hi,
i just installed a windows 2003 on my new Thinkpad R61 and everything works pretty fine (even thinkvantage system update) except Ricoh 4 in 1 card reader. I have exclamation mark on "Ricoh SD/MMC Disk device" in device manager and descryption "Device cannot start. (Code 10)" in properties of this device. I installed all requred drivers from Lenovo support page, and tried to find some other drivers on the internet, without positive results. I know that installing server system on Thinkpad laptop is quite unusual, but maybe someone had symilar problems and figured out how to fix it
