Rescue and Recovery Restoring files stalled (3 of 2!?)

I'm trying to "rejuvinate my system" from an incremental backup. The progress started out fine (but slow--the initial "Capturing current settings" took over 10 hours).

Now, I'm in the bios version of R&R doing Rejuvenation (it went to this mode automatically) and it is now in the 2nd step, "Restoring files".

The Progress dialog box, however, says:

System restore in progress... 100%
Restoring partition 3 of 2
Estimated Time Remaining: 0 seconds

No, that is not a typo! It says: three of two!

I think it's been sitting here for about 7 hours.

Two questions:

1. How do I get out of this mode without damaging my computer, external HD, or my backup and

2. After I've done a full restore, what's the best way of applying the incrementals? There seem to be three options:

- FULL Restore
- Rejuvinate
- Applications and system files only

I selected the 2nd. Was that a mistake?

Thanks in advance.

While sitting here surfing this form for answers, the Progress bar has updated in front of my eyes, now reading:

System restore in progress... 1%
Restoring partition 4 of 2
Estimated Time Remaining 123 minutes

Yes, "four of two"! And, the Estimated Time seems to be climging. How long should I let this go on?! AND, how should I stop it?

It's done!

Looks like this issue resolved itself. After the "4 of 2" completed, the computer booted up.

I'm glad it ended up working for you. For educational purposes, how many GB of data were restored and how long did the process take from start to finish. Thanks.

There were about 60GB of data, and it took about 28 hours end to end.

That seems like an awfully long time to me but I have never done a rejuvenation before.
