System Update, and file download speed from IBM FTP site

I am updating a couple of T series Laptops. Using system update, the download rates I am getting are about like dial up speed, my connection here is 20/20 with FIOS. Other speeds here are OK

I have tried downloading individual files from different PCs without system update, and the same results.

In the past, I was getting pretty good speeds, 2- 5 mbit.
Can anyone try from their location and report on approximate download speeds?

I just downloadsd a file from Lenovo at 300kb/s. That is about right for my connection.
