Acronis True Image 11 for $9.00

Go check
http://www.xpbargains.com/st_deals.php/ ... oupons.htm for the coupon code on True Image. Sure enough, if you select TI-11 in the Acronis store, go to checkout and type in the coupon code, the price changes to $9.00 from $49.00, and it gives you a download link and an access key. I just did the download, works fine.
If you've been put off by the price of disk imaging software, don't be.

It's not working for me. It shows a price of $79.99 and does not change after applying the coupon. Bummer.

I too tried purchasing this earlier today and saw a $79.00 price without any changes when applying the discount code so I gave up. However, I now just went directly to acronis.com and hit the "Buy Now" link and TWO TI packages were in my shopping cart, one still at the $79 price and the second at $9! I removed both and tried starting from scratch using the xpbargains link that R.G. provided but the order page didn't seem to work right again. It's not helping right now while my daughter is downloading a 260MB+ WoW upgrade so I'm going to try this later....

Code worked fine for me. I'm downloading the 139MB file right now.
A big "thanks" to the OP.
I've been wanting to update from my older version and almost paid full price for this a few weeks ago.

Does anybody have a link to the licensing terms for this? (I can't find any info on the Acronis website)
Not Working

Can't get the code to work from either Firefox (where applying the code complains "The order number is invalid"), or IE (where it does absolutely nothing but clear the coupon number box and retain the $49 price).
Sigh.

Well, I finally got a chance to get back to this and navigating around the Acronis store does not leave me with a nice fuzzy feeling. Numerous times I've clicked on a "Buy" graphic/link which says "$49.99", only to find my shopping cart price at "$79.99". Somehow by backing out of the shopping cart page using the browser's "back" button, I've qualified for a permanent 10% discount. Anything that I now place in the shopping cart (even after emptying it), gets 10% off. The "ATIH80" discount code does not change the price.
Also, when I first tried completing my order, the shopping cart did have a price of $9.99 for True Image (most likely a residual cookie value from yesterday) but going to the payment page, the price changed to $79.99. I almost submitted the order; the only thing that saved me was the price right above the Checkout Now button.

It still works. I used the link from KristianJ. Clicked on the buy now. Used the code ATIH80. hit apply and it changed to 9.99

What do you know... it works for me now! I had deleted all of the Acronis cookies from my Firefox browser and tried it earlier today exactly like you have described. Each time I got to the shopping cart window, the price was $49.99 or $79.99 and the promotion code did not change anything. The only other thing that is different now is that I'm at work (different IP address??? I'm using the same T23...).
Placed the order and am downloading the 139MB file. I guess I'll give this a try and see if it works any better/easier for me than Ghost.

The XPbargains link includes the FREE Disk Director 10 download, but you can't order/get it via that link.
Did anyone get that Disk Director??
If so, could you burn me a CD-copy of it?
TIA

Just FYI, TI
2009 should be out
soon... And there's some
discussions about the price reduction over the support forum as well...

Yeah, I noodled around a long time trying to find some combination of clicks that would get me disk director for free, never did.
So if someone can get it free, can you tell us how?

I think I figured out my problem with the weird issues with the shopping cart and checkout pages. It appears that Acronis does check your IP address. After I ordered and downloaded the file I tried to go through the same ordering procedure. Most of the time at the shopping cart page I was getting the $9.99 price but when clicking through to the checkout page, I kept getting a error that there was "no items in my shopping basket" (?). Other times I got the $49.99 price and when I entered the discount code, my shopping cart was emptyed (!). This was even with clearing the all of the Acronis and Digital River cookies. I then switched over to a VPN connection, with a different IP address, and immediately everything started to work right.
@RBSYes, I did not get the free Disk Director download, nor did I see it anywhere in conjunction with the $9.99 TI offer.

As before, I am not interested in TI V11, and continue with TI V10.
But I would like to get a copy of DD10.
On other forums it has been suggested to register your product with Acronis, which would/should then give you access to this free DD10.
I registered when I bought V10, but it won't let me in my account
