FAX over Wireless Modem?

I hope one of you road warrior may be able to shed some light on this.
I am trying to setup FAXing on a client's new laptop using a Verizon Wireless Airprime PC5220 wireless card that works like a cellphone for wireless internet. I can't find any information on doing that or anything that even says the PC5220 can do FAX's although the older Aircard 750 claims to do FAX. I found one message saying all that was needed to FAX over the 750 was WinFax Pro software so I got a copy of it and tried it on the laptop. It worked ONCE! It sent a FAX the first time but then refuses to work after that. Subsequent trys cause an error message saying "Memory Error, check hard drives and memory"!!
It does recognize the PC5220 modem but seems to be having a conflict with the Verizon Access Manager that is used to call and establish the internet connection. When the FAX program is running the VZ Manager won't work and says the modem is busy. If the VZ Manager is run first and I try the FAX I get the memory error message but if the VZ Manager is not run and there is no connection the FAX software progress window says "No Carrier". The VZ Manager must dial 777 and enter the user ID and Password to establish a connection but WinFax Pro doesn't seem to know how to do that so what can I do? Here is a review of the PC5220:
