re-engineering a dedicated cooling solution ?

Hi,
In one post i read:
"... thing up and re-engineering a dedicated cooling solution for the GPU that fits" for t40.
But i cant find more details.
Is it possible to do that for t60p ? Or please post the link for solution for T40.
