"Special Edition" IBM logo?

I was searching eBay for some replacement parts when I came across these:

There are several listings for the same product, and I'm a little puzzled. Were there any special edition thinkpads that actually came with these stickers? Just wondering what the deal is; they look a little odd.

Titanium lid Z60t and Z61t. Later Z61t had the non-IBM Thinkpad logo in metal.
