Thinkpad Dock II PCI Bus speed

I was wondering if the Thinkpad Dock II has a 32-bit or a 64-bit PCI bus? What is the peak transfer rate 133 MB/s or 166 MB/s? Is the Dock II PCI 2.2, 2.3, or 3.0 specification? I can not find the info on the Lenovo web site. Thanks.
