It should have (mine does)... If there are two little holes on the back side you know for sure...

My R61 has them, and there's a little symbol with a water droplet next to each one. I remember reading when Lenovo started adding this symbol, but I forget when that was or to which models the change was applicable.

Don't rely on the drain hole to work. If there is a spill, remove the AC plug and the battery at once, then dry the computer thoroughly.
