Gaming performance 14" thinkpads: T61p vs T400

hello,
I know that thinkpads are no gaming machines but it's great to play a game sometimes.
unfortunately the nvidia quadro has only 128 mb vram whereas the ati 3470 has 256 mb ram.
can anybody tell me which of the two machines (T61p vs. T400) will handle games better?

in 3dmark06 the ati scores better than the nvidia (~2500 to 2300 points).
the author of the post doesn't give any facts/proofs for what he says.
if we were talking about the 15" t61p the situation was clear, but on 14" models I have not seen any comparable tests.
I hoped somebody here has tested both machines.
ps: I don't need cad as I'm no engineer

I already know this site, but the 570M's score is listed for the 256 MB version, the t61p 14" unfortunately has only 128 mb...
