Confuse about CTO

Hi I am shopping for parts for my R60 9457- A49
Does number not come up but the part # is associated to 9457-CTO.
What CTO means?

CTO means Configure To Order. It is not a standard configuration but a customized one. You can find out what is in it by using the Parts Lookup page.
T60 2623-D7U, 3 GB Ram.
