A Report of GOOD service

An outstanding story of Thinkpad warranty service. Thank goodness that I had extended my T60p three year warranty for two additional years. I turned in a service call Thursday afternoon at 4:00, for a failing CD/DVD drive, the service dept in Atlanta verified the correct fru part number to send for my replacement. UPS appeared my front door at 9:00am Friday, with the CD/DVD drive to correct my problem…..The service just doesn’t get any better than that!!!
