Widows Live hotmail

I have T42 with windows vista, and strange problem.
I am conected to the internet with other computer PC by switch.
All sites work fast, but not Windows Live hotmail.On PC WLH, and all sites work fast.

What kind of the rison would it be?

Do you use the windows live Hotmail site just to check Hotmail? If so, may I recommend configuring Windows Mail (or your favorite email client) to receive POP3 mail from Hotmail?
