What modem, HDD will work? 760E

I just bought a 760E, and it does not come with a hard drive or modem, it has 2 PCMCIA slots. I was wondering what modem I can install in this.
I bought it on ebay, and this is my first laptop, I know pc's pretty well, but this is new to me.
If anyone can tell me what kind of modem is compatable, it would be appreciated.
I have not received it yet, but the page just says it's a pentium. I am assuming it's just a 166mhz.
Also, what size HDD can be installed? (up to????gig)
