Fingerprint Software

I am having issues with fingerprint software.

Recently, we put up a new windows forest with a completely new domain structure. Once I joined the laptop to one of the domains and re-created the profile, the software recognizes that these fingerprints are already being used on another profile.

I just need a way to delete the old fingerprint profile so the same user can setup his fingerprint to log onto the new domain.

Anyone have any idea how to do this?
