Blurry Monitor with Docking Station

Just got a new T500 with discrete graphics card.

For some reason when setting my monitor as the primary display the image seems to be a bit blurry. Hard to notice but you know it is their. Any ideas on how to get rid of this. The image on the laptop screen is much better and I think it should be the other way around.

Are you using an analog or DVI connection?

I'm using the analog. My monitor does not have and HDMI input. It has the white one but the T500 does not have that connection. Can i get and adapter?

Most LCD monitors have an auto adjustment button. Try that.

Thanks, adjustment button did the trick. No idea why i never though about that.
