ThinkPads with CF slots

My X20 (2662-37U) has a Compact Flash slot - perfect when you're on a long trip and take a lot of pictures.
Does any other ThinkPads except the X2x series have a dedicated CF slot? Sure, there are PCMCIA adapters for CF cards, but that's one extra thing that you can lose.

I agree that some PCMCIA cards are a pain because they protrude from the case, making it impossible to put the ThinkPad in a sleeve without removing the card and risking its loss or damage. But I have one made by Verbatim that doesn't protrude even with a CF card inserted. It resides permanently in one of the 2 slots in my A21p.

X30, X31, X40 and Transnote are all that come to mind.

The X40 has an SD slot, not Compact Flash. Same idea, but different size.
