How to Upgrade the Firmware in F3507G Boardband Card

I found that Dell and Toshiba already released the firmware R1D06 for their laptop.
But, Lenovo did not give us any update at all. The only thing I saw is the latest driver update which support the R1D06 firmware.
How ironic. No firmware update, but driver support the update?
Anyone knows how to update the firmware from Dell or Toshiba's program?
