Windows Password Removal, need help!

#1 Post by ulrich.von.lich » Wed Jun 24, 2009 5:02 am

Hello,

I changed the windows password (the one associated to my account) last week and now I don't remember it :(

I can still log on thanks to fingerprint recognition but I would like to remove or change the current password. I did a brief research on the internet. Many of them are for the impossibility to log on and need either re-installation windows or payment for a third party software. I wonder if there's an easier way (such as a registry edit) to solve the problem as I'm already logged on to my own account?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Best Regards,
Tony

There is no way without a hack/crack, and we won't allow discussion of that here.
