HOW TO ??? CONVERT PCDOS7 FLOPPYS TO CD
I am afraid that one of these days my PCDOS7 System floppys are going to deteriorate just from plain old age. Can someone help with step by step procedure to convert from floppys to CD?

I don't have a step-by-step answer for you but you might have to use something like MagicISO to create a working CD:

I'm assuming that the first floppy disk is bootable and that the remaining floppies are not. That means you could create a bootable CD from the first disk and then simply copy the remaining floppies onto another CD. The easiest solution would be to simply copy each floppy onto a brand new floppy using the DOS DISKCOPY command. Burned CDs aren't forever either

Thanks Ray,
Think I would trust the CD quite a bit longer than floppys. I have had too many of the floppys fail.

I have used SAVEDSKF to make backup copies of my old floppies. Each floppy is saved as one file.
The program copies raw data, so it does not matter what is on the floppy and the boot sector is maintained.
The floppies can be re-created with LOADDSKF.
It can be downloaded from the old IBM pccbbs mirror.
It downloads as one zip file named loaddf.zip containing both programs.

SMA, nice find! Now I can do spring cleaning on some really really old trays.
