I chose soft rim for this exact same reason.RTAdams89 wrote:Softrim. It's the only one my finger stays on during rapid movement or long, slow movement. The others work, but I find myself having to pick up my finger and reposition it after a few fast movements or a few long, slow movements.
Yes, I know it makes me the odd man out here, but I've always preferred the trackpad. When ThinkPads had no trackpads, I always used a mouse.spuddog wrote:Gasp!! Heresy!

I remember from my younger years that I used a Thinkpad, however I do not know really anything about it. The only reason I know it was a Thinkpad is from using the TrackPoint (it was a classic dome of course). I also remember using other laptops and being disappointed that they did not have something similar to a TrackPoint.andyP wrote:Classic Dome, as I stated in another poll which I can't findand wanted to quote;
A ThinkPad isn't a ThinkPad unless it's got hairs on it's TrackPoint
