What is the difference between "fan ATI" and "fan integ"?

My fan has died on me and I'm stuck using my desktop. I'm having trouble figuring out which new part I need.
In the hardware maintenance manual for the r60, there are two listings for a replacement fan thing:

"thermal device and fan ATI"
(followed by a bunch of part numbers and fru numbers)
and "thermal device and fan integ"
(followed by a bunch of part numbers and fru numbers)

It's on page 170 of the hardware maintenance manual for the r60/r60e. What is the difference between these two parts?

I have a 0659h9u. Which one do I need?

What does "partnumber"-CTO mean, what does the CTO part mean?

The 0659h9u has an Intel 950 GPU (Integrated), so you'd want the fan described as "thermal device and fan integ"

That's the graphics chip manufacturers name...
