USB Ultranav Travel Keyboard Questions

I purchased an Ultranav Travel keyboard a few months ago off ebay. I use it on and off, so I never really fully explored this issue, but now I am.

When I don't install the driver for it, the trackpoint and the touchpad both work, but when I install the driver, the option to enable the trackpoint is greyed out and the trying to use the trackpoint makes it all act crazy... like a mouse button. Has anyone else had this issue?

Also, when I wasn't using a driver, every once in awhile, the mouse would freeze. Which is why I thought about trying a driver again. Anyone come across that issue either?

Last, on the bottom of the keyboard, it looks like there is a spot for a label of some sort. But there isn't anything. Is that normal?

I'm thinking about calling IBM since it should be under warranty, but I just thought I'd ask first.

I would try the keyboard on another machine. If it behaves similarly then call Lenovo for service.
