Presentation Director 4.07 can't see displays

After updating Presentation Director via the Lenovo Update utility, it cannot see my external display. Not only were my previous schemes gone, but if I got to make a New one, the drop down menus for listing displays' resolutions are all blank; including the one for the X61Tablet, itself.

Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling.
This is XP Pro SP3.
