Technical help replacing CPU on a R60

Need to know what thermal paste you use , were to apply the paste, if it need cleaner which one and how to clean.
Any other details any what so ever be appreciated
I am going Core2Duo in one of the R60
Please help

For thermal grease I have used this and for preparation this.
