Buying Thinkpad in China?

Hi,

I will be visiting Guangzhou, China, for about ten days. I have been thinking about upgrading my old home T30 to, eg, T400s. Would it make any sense to try to find a T400s in China? Would they be cheaper in China than in EU?

I assume there must also be some genuine Lenovo distributers in there, even though Lenovo's own "Find your nearest Lenovo dealer" doesn't show any within China.

Note that I am from high-cost Europe, not from US.

IF you can find such a shop, you may have to buy a different keyboard and other language OS when back home.
Perhaps you could schedule in a stop-over in Hong Kong, where you may have more chance?
