Status of intel x-18m 160

It seems that intel proven to have the most expensive but at the same time the most quality ones ssd drives. x-18m for 80gb seems to be readily availbale however I could not find x-18m for 160gb anywhere on the internet for sale.

Anyone is aware of whats going on with those drives ?
