Printer Port LPT1 issue on undocking T61 off Adv Mini Dock
Printer Port LPT1 issue when undock Thinkpad T61 from Advanced Mini Dock
I get this Message Box when trying to undock my Thinkpad T61 from Advanced Mini Dock.
The thing is this only started happening recently after the following events:
- Undocked and went to dads desk where the Printer Samsung ML 2010 is present.
- Installed Samsung ML 2010 (USB connection) but the printer was not working properly so could never print.
- Since I was never able to print I came back to my room and docked
Docking station LPT1 message started happening
Now this message happens lots of times despite me having NO printer here on the machine or Adv Mini Dock.
So, I un-installed the printer from the Printers panel as well as the Samsung ML installer setup (Remove).
Now I still got this message today.
How and where do I FIX this issue. What should I be looking for to eliminate this?
Also, If I was to have Printer in another room that I only sometimes use via USB how do I ensure it does not create Docking issues.

Problem Undocking From Docking Station
---------------------------
You cannot eject your computer because one of the devices in the docking station, 'Printer Port (LPT1)', cannot be stopped because a program is still accessing it.
