'HELP' New hard drive_no wireless connection

I have a t-30 that crashed and I had to replace the hard drive. I installed Windows xp and was able to connect to the internet via a network cable from my wireless modem, however, I could not find any wireless icon in my network places or any other place. I thought perhaps I would need to re-install the driver, but was unable to find one. Any help with this issue would be welcome
