Docking station: How do you attach the laptop to the dock?

Hi,
I've just recieved a Docking Station Port Replicator off eBay (with single USB and no AC adapters or key), I'm really pleased I've finally got it, BUT, I cannot work out how you put the ThinkPad on the dock. My laptop is an A31 and the eBay product description said that it was supported. It didn't come with any manuals and I can't find one on the web, the pictures on the dock are also useless, I can't understand them. I don't want to break the dock trying to get the Thinkpad on it though!

The product:

Product no. 74P6733 74P6734 13R0292

Help would be very much appreciated!! Thanks guys!

Align the connector on the dock with the one on the bottom of the laptop and push down. It can be a bit tricky with those old docks. Don't use too much force, and just feel when it is right, and you won't break anything.
