S-Video Out

I know that older Thinkpads used to come with S-Video out standard and that newer ones generally don't. When did they stop being standard? It looks to be around the T60/R60 or so as my R40 and T42p appear to have it but my T60 does not. Does the R5x series have it? Is there a place I can see a list of where it is included standard, optional, and not available?
