Power cord compatibility.

#1 Post by yak » Fri Mar 19, 2010 6:21 am

We know that during the transition from T4x to T6x, the power adapters have been changed. Have the detachable power cords been changed too? You know, the cord that is different for different countries. Is the T4x power cord connector compatible with T6x power adapter?

I will be probably getting an X200 from UK and use it in Germany (both countries have different power sockets) and I see some power cords on eBay advertised as compatible with T4x but I think they should work with X200 too.

Can anyone confirm?

OK, nevermind. Found out that these are standard connectors so the cords are indeed compatible.
