Access Connections and Citrix client 11.2

Resolution of an issue that has been bugging me for a while. The latest Citrix client v11.2 did not appear to work on any of the Thinkpads I own/support. Connecting to the Citrix server via a Citrix Access Gateway web page would freeze Internet Explorer. Earlier clients appeared to work (but may not have supported the later Windows operating systems. I have just converted to Windows 7 so needed the latest client.
Solution - unistall the Citrix client, and Access Connections. Reinstall the Citrix client, then test the connection (it should work). Then reinstall Access connections - and lo and behold it appears to work.
