Access IBM buttom - macros possible?

Did some searching around in regards to customizing the blue Access IBM button, and didn't find what I was looking for. It seems like while these programs allow for customizing the button to do tasks such as shutdown/restart, launching specific programs etc, none of them mention setting it to perform macros.
I'm wondering if it's possible to set the key to perform a [left alt]+[left shift] macro. If you don't know what it's for, this is the shortcut to allow toggling between different language keyboards in Windows, very useful for some of us who switch between multiple language inputs very often...
Utilities such as KeyTweak or AutoHotKey doesn't seem to capture that key. Any ideas?
