does 256mb EDO laptop memory exist?

I have a 560Z im looking to max out and im wondering if i could find a 256mb EDO stick to put in it. If it does exist i imagine its expensive but has anyone ever seen one that would be compatible with my 560Z?

Daily Use: T410s 2904-HDU, X301 4057-18U, T61 7659-01U
Classics: TR451 14" Mod, X32 2673-M4U T23 2647-HNU
Legacy: 560e 2640-30U, 560z 2640-B0U, 570e 2644-6BU, 600X 2645-8EU, 2645-5FU

Do 755C`s normally have EDO simms inside? I thought they had IC DRAM Cards. I pretty sure it has a DRAM slot too but it has 2 16MB EDO sticks inside....
