How Do I bypass the BIOS password on a THinkpad T30?

Hi everyone! I have this Thinkpad T30 which I cant access the OS due to the BIOS password that bytheway, I have no ideia what it is.
I have tryed to remove the CMOS battery for half hour so that hopefully would reset the BIOS but didnt work. After a several troubleshootings and two days of constant research on it, I foud out that the password relies within this (ATMEL 24RF08) eeprom and that there is a very few ways of factory reseting it. I even found a few gadgets to support the reset, but I'm not sure if it'll work out.
Does anyone know how to do it?
OBS.: I'm about to give up on this!....
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
