lenovo power tips sold brick and mortar?

I need power tips for my lenovo ultraportable ac/dc adapter. Are these sold brick and mortar anywhere?
Appreciate tips on ways to get them fast.

I have the ultraslim. Traveling overseas on Monday, and trying to see if I can buy extra tips B&M so I can use this to charge USB devices, too. Not expecting much luck...
