FDD for Ultrabay Slim?

#1 Post by WJB » Tue Mar 08, 2005 4:34 pm

Hello there, I owe a T40 which does not have floppy disk drive onboard, of couse. However I'd like to use FDD occasionally. I have seen many FDDs connected via USB as well as FDDs designed for Ultrabay 2000. Unfortunately I have never met a FDD for Ultrabay Slim , which is suitable for my notebook. Is there any that model available at the market? What's the estimated pricing?

thx.

USB my friend .. there is nothing that thin that is going to do the job for you. The days of the internal FDD are coming to an end!

Ditto - I got a USB drive for $15 - works great with my T42.
