R51 Display replacement

I ordered the whole display LCD,Bezel,Inverter,etc.... for my IBM R51. I found a lot of instructions for replacing the individual components, but I can't find anything on replacing the entire unit.

Here is what I'm talking about, looks easy but instructions would be real nice! Thank you!

Go to Item 8 here: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=1689
and get the hardware maintenance manual for your machine type R51.
Basically you need to remove the keyboard and the upper part of (or the complete, depends on model) the palmrest.
Then you have access to the necessary screw locations.
