Sleep not working in Windows 7 x200T

Sleep/Standby is no longer working on my Win7 Pro X200T. It worked fine until recently. Now if I use any means to introduce sleep (close lid, FnF4, click sleep, etc.) the HD does something, the screen goes blank, but it does not sleep. The screen remains blank and there is nothing to do but a hard shutdown. It seems to just freeze.

Any suggestions? There have been no recent changes on the computer. I'm baffled.

Thanks,
Aris

Try this -

If you are running Thinkpad Power Manager the same settings (if they exist there) would have to be changed in all power schemes that you run.
