Fujitsu Warranty HD Replacements

Thought I'd make a note to all that for the third time in as many months I've had to call IBM for a warranty replacement for a dead HD.
There's nothing earth-shaking about this other than the fact that all of them were 4200RPM 40GB Fujitsus that were original HDs in X31s.
All exhibited the same failure behavior in that they would spin up but then would just sit and emit repetitive clicks from what was, I can only surmise, an attempt to unpark the heads.
For the record, IBM replaced all of them without question and without my having to run any Drive Fitness Test on them in order to prove their demise. All of the replacements were 4K40 Hitachis and, in a departure from previous IBM experience, all of the replacements arrived already mounted on an A/T/X drive caddy/bracket.
In addition, all of them arrived with recovery CDs for the affected systems.
Regards,
James
