I have a malfunctioned DC output module (41R4509), do you think I can get it fixed instead of replacing it...?
Cheers.

You need to ask Lenovo about that.

It's an out-of-warranty part, so I would like to know if it's more economical to fix it instead of buying a new one.
Cheers.

Very likely, as with the way that today's electronic equipment is designed and built, you'll probably be better off buying another one than to spend the time and money troubleshooting the circuit (without schematics I'll assume), identifying the defective component(s), tracking down a store/distributor and performing the surface mount (again, assuming that's the way the board is constructed) surgery. This presumes that your problem isn't simply a broken wire in the cable.
Now, if you have the proper surface mount equipment, the skill needed to replace a multi-lead part, without damaging the board and/or adjacent parts, and the time that it takes to do all of this, then if you are successful in your repair, please document what you've done and it might help the next person who has the identical problem.
