Anyone order from Lenovo recently?

I ordered a T510 on 12/30 and have been checking the order status ... we'll say regularly. Then this Tuesday I got home and checked my status and received an error from the Lenovo website:

At the moment we can´t get the status of your order. Please try in a few minutes.
That was Tuesday evening. Now it is Thursday evening and I still see the same error message. Last I checked my laptop was supposed to ship on 1/13, but it would still be nice to be able to check on the status as the day draws nearer.
I've tried a few different browsers - including ones that worked to previously check this order - and I get that error regardless.

Why not call Lenovo and ask for your order status?

I have a Thinkpad T410 set to ship on 1/18 and I was just able to check the status online, agree to call Lenovo and see what's up...

I just tried calling tonight, but I was too late to get ahold of anyone. I sent an email to the address that was given in my order, we'll see what they say.

Hmm... I just emailed the address that I was told to contact and it bounced. Thanks, Lenovo.
I guess I'll be calling tomorrow.

A little update - I found that if I take the order number and customer number from the email that they sent me after I placed the order, I can get the status. However if I follow the link from that same email, I get the error that I posted earlier. So now I know that my laptop is still expected to ship January 13th.
I just have to enter the numbers by hand to check the status, which is a bit clumsy - not to mention arbitrary since I've only had to do that since Tuesday. But if it ships on time (next Thursday) then I won't have to do it much longer...
