Lenovo Maintenance Diskette 1.76

I am a PC-tech and i need the LENOVO ThinkPad Hardware Maintenance Diskette Version 1.76 or later version as i have 2200 error at bootup.

I would appreciate if anyone could email me the software or give me a download link for it.
