Need advice about a retention bracket

Moderators and Member Folks, I am trying to find a computer part and I don't know where else I can find a knowledgeable group of people apart from here.

I have a mini-ITX mainboard for an Intel Merom CPU. This is a mobile CPU that appeared in Thinkpads and other portables. The socket is referred to as 478 or 479 mobile. I have had no success in my search for a retention bracket or heat sink that will fit the holes around the CPU. From centre to centre, the holes are 45mm apart and form a square.

My hope is that the knowledgeable folks here who have poked inside a Merom-based Thinkpad or two will be able to share some of their wisdom.

Here's a picture of the CPU socket:

Is there any known retention bracket from a Merom-based Thinkpad that would fit my mainboard? Or have you gurus seen anything else that is suitable?

What's the exact model of the mainboard?

I have asked the seller for corner-pin to corner-pin measurements. I have bought two coolers from EBay -- one Dynatron, the other Cooler Master. Both have 50mm heatsinks. However, both measure 41mm from corner-pin to corner-pin. The holes on the mainboard need just a little more length.

HarryC, the mainboard is a BCM MX945GM-D.

In the motherboard manual it says that the heatsink is included. In other references I found it says to use the 'custom' heatsink that comes with the motherboard. If it's custom contact the manufacturer.
