Access Connection Problem coming out of sleep.

I have an issue that appears to be common because it effects both my X201 and my X300.

When i put the computer in sleep mode, then come out and try to connect to a different profile it will always fail. Sometimes if i disable the adapter then re-enable it it will connect but MOST of the time it requires a hard reboot. Anyone else experience this? and any idea if there is a way to fix it?

Disconnect from the internet before you put the machine to sleep.
Or press Fn/F5 to switch off the radio.
