Does anyone has this files and can borrow me through FTP, I really need them and I can't find anyone who owns a ThinkPad T40/1/2

No!

It's either already on your computer under the C: drive or it's in the Recovery Partition.

Yes I know it's on the C: drive but the thing is that I can't access into the OS, so I can't copy it to another computer or CD, and I need to a fresh re-install of WinXP.

Why can't you access into the OS?

Also if you need to fresh install you should just use Access IBM and restore the computer to factory setting. Then you will be able to get i386 and any other IBMtools that you need.
