T41 password setup

Hi,

can anyone plz help me with my questions.

I want to know that how do we ADD, REMOVE, and CHANGE
1) power on password for t41?
2) HDD password for t41?
3)Supervisor password for t41?

Hold "F1" during initial startup and enter BIOS. They are all entered from there.
