Anyone use an IBM monitor with their T series?

I was checking on IBM's site and there is what seems to be a good price for the ThinkVision 19" L190 LCD Monitor, $336 from the EPP site. I haven't seen any IBM monitors in person so I'm wondering if anyone is using an IBM external monitor with their T series laptop and if they are considered as good as Dell's monitors.

Yes, yes and yes.

I have my wife setup with an L190, previously on a T21 and now with a T40, both SXGA+.

BTW, the L190 was $250 on the EPP just last month, I'd suggest waiting a bit for another sale.

I use an L150p with my T30. Not the biggest monitor out there, but it's still bigger than my laptop's screen and makes a great extended desktop. Personally, I think the styling of IBM monitors is way better than Dell, or most other manufacturers.

FYI, if you have a Port Replicator (or possibly Dock), there is a DVI port on the back and you can use that if you buy the L190p monitor (or any "p" monitor) instead of VGA out, which should give you a better picture.

That dvi port doesn't work with all thinkpads... beware
