Rebooting after crash

Hi. I've got a T22 running Windows 2000. Once it's crashed when booting up, and it's just crashed when restarting from sleep mode. Is there any way I can reboot the thing without having to wait for the battery to run down?

pull the battery.

Press and hold the power button down for a slow count of 5, should turn off.
